A fantastic 140 m² of living space with an optimal floor plan, plenty of natural light, and stylish furnishings make this Wangerooge holiday home an exclusive getaway where you’ll feel right at home.
The two-story single-family home “Haus Skagen” features two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and two terraces on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, a living room, another bathroom (with a bathtub), and a balcony (attic). The house also features a guest bathroom on each floor. Excellent layout for a holiday with several people!

Let the sun and fresh North Sea air pamper you! In the large garden, you can enjoy the warm sunshine from morning to evening when the weather is nice. You’ll also find wonderful spots to relax on the two furnished terraces. In addition, the holiday home features a sunny Söller with a picturesque view of the Oster Dunes. Here, too, you can relax wonderfully, read a good book in peace, or enjoy meals together at the beautiful terrace table.

The spacious living room invites you to spend cosy moments here! A stylish sofa corner with a flat-screen TV is the perfect setting for a long film night.

The bedrooms in the holiday home are divided into: two separate rooms with double beds (160 x 200 and 180 x 200), two separate rooms with single beds (90 x 200 and 100 x 200, respectively), and two single beds (separated from the living room by a curtain, each 100 x 200).

Holiday time is family time! For cooking together, the holiday home features a modern, fully equipped kitchen—including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Every meal here is a delight!

Free Wi-Fi, a second TV, and beach toys for your little ones provide additional comfort.

From “Haus Skagen,” you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the western dunes stretching all the way to the Wadden Sea or of the lighthouse in the town centre.

This modernised single-family home, perfect for large families, is located right next to the Oster Dunes in a quiet and sunny spot on Wangerooge.

The island train station, the Wadden Sea, supermarkets, drugstores, as well as restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The “Frank Eden” bike rental shop is also just around the corner.

The seawater swimming pool and the beach are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
