Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With approximately 46 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment is easily accessible by lift.

The combined living and bedroom area features tasteful decor with light-colored furniture. You’ll find a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a cosy sofa, an armchair, and internet-enabled satellite TV with approximately 90 channels (some in HD). A modern, fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a capsule coffee machine, and a dining table for 4 people—is also available. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (each 80x200 cm) and another wardrobe. The interior bathroom, with its light-colored tiles, features a shower. From your balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful distant view of the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Dogs are welcome to stay for an additional fee.
