The holiday rental has a living area of approximately 47m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features a large balcony. The combined living/sleeping area boasts a tasteful ambiance. The master bed (2x 90x200 cm) is at a comfortable height. The separate bedroom, equipped with an additional smart TV, offers another comfortable sleeping area for up to 2 people in bunk beds (each 80x200 cm). From here, too, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The large open kitchen is very well-equipped, and a dishwasher makes everyday life on holiday easier. The modern design continues in the bathroom. In the living room, the large smart TV offers many channels in HD quality. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

A private underground parking space (clearance height 185 cm) is included as standard, and the lift takes you comfortably to your floor. Use of the climate-controlled, on-site swimming pool is included; in addition, guests have access to three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and countryside views, a table tennis room, and a solarium. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

The well-maintained Berolina apartment complex is located in the popular Baltic Sea spa town of Dahme, just 50 m from the dike and the fine sandy beach. The beach is perfect for leisurely walks. The picturesque town features small shops and numerous restaurants where you can linger. A highlight is the Dahmeshöved Lighthouse, which should not be missed on a visit.
