Holiday home at Teichweg 5a with a private sauna in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

The 4-room holiday home is spread over three levels and is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor is the light-filled living room with a modern, open-concept kitchen and a large dining area with six chairs. From here, you have direct access to the idyllic southwest-facing terrace with an electric awning (sun all day) and matching patio furniture. The large garden is available for your exclusive use. The ground floor also features a bright shower room. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a cosy double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in a country-style design, a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe, and an additional flat-screen TV. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). You’ll also find another shower room on this floor. In the attic, there is another room with 2 additional sleeping spaces (each 90x200 cm) for children and another flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray and DVD player.

Two outdoor parking spaces are available at the house. The basement features a sauna for free use, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also available. A high chair and a handcart are available for younger guests.

The price is valid for up to 4 people; each additional person (up to 2 children are allowed) will be charged an extra fee.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
