Central, modern, and close to the beach—this approximately 52 m³ holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located in the heart of Grömitz and features a balcony as well as colourful and modern furnishings.

This holiday rental is barrier-free and is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained multi-unit building with an lift and features two rooms with no thresholds. Cosy and tastefully furnished with high-quality furnishings, this is the perfect place to spend your well-deserved holiday in comfort. The living room features a couch and dining area, as well as an open kitchen, making it easy to enjoy a cosy evening of cooking. The couch converts into a bed (150x210 cm), providing space for a third guest. The west-facing balcony (with a small threshold) is perfect for morning breakfast, and the bakery with fresh rolls is right around the corner. In the separate bedroom, a large double bed (160x200 cm) awaits you, where you can enjoy a restful holiday. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a toilet and sink, rounds out this holiday home.

An outdoor parking space for your car is available on the property. A bike storage room is provided for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the house’s laundry room. A water softening system ensures naturally soft water throughout the house.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist Fussläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen im Bett gingen garnicht- sie waren sehr unbequem und man hatte das Gefühl auf einem Brett zu liegen. Als Kopfkissen stand nur ein schmales plattgedrücktes "Kissen" zur Verfügung. Nicht zuletzt auch deshalb haben wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen.
