Holiday Apartment 3, including a beach chair, at Haus Sonne und Meer in Grömitz

Keys are picked up from a lockbox at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

This seaside, light-filled apartment on the 1st floor accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child in approximately 48m².

A large window wall floods the open-concept living space with light and creates a cosy atmosphere from the very first moment! The comfortable sofa can be converted in no time into a cosy sleeping area for 2 people (160x200 cm).
The modern kitchen features an open layout and is seamlessly integrated into the living area. It offers everything to make any home cook’s heart beat faster. The bathroom features a modern design with a shower and toilet. The separate bedroom, with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), offers plenty of space for rest and relaxation.
It’s also equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. The adjoining southwest-facing balcony is the perfect place to wind down after an eventful day of holiday.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right outside the front door! Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

During the season from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist an sich gut. Wir waren vor sieben Jahren schon mal in der Wohnung. Leider ist die Couch doch relativ stark stark verschmutzt. Ferner ist sie vollkommen durch gesessen, dass ist nach sieben Jahren nicht zu erwarten gewesen. Die Couch müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Das Geschirr ist vollkommen abgenutzt Teller und Tassen müssen definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit unter dem Bett und unter der Couch und am Regal im Bad ist wirklich mangelhaft. Sollte die Couch und das Geschirr ersetzt werden, wie es mit Sicherheit wieder eine richtig gute Wohnung.
