Ostseeferne Holiday Home at Hohen Kamp 2 in Scharbeutz

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

The Ostseeferne holiday home, with its large fenced-in garden, is ideal for families. It offers approximately 77 m² of living space spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 4 people and 1 dog.

You can park your car right next to the holiday cottage. The entryway is practical, featuring a coat rack, shoe cabinet, and a small bench. Step inside: to the right is the bright living room with two sofas, a dining area, a TV, and a stereo system. From the living room, you can access the beautiful fenced-in garden with playground equipment and a sandpit. Your children will love the large garden—they can play there carefree. Barbecues are also allowed here. Next to the living room is the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Here you can cook just like at home and, ideally, enjoy dinner together in the garden in the evenings. The large, naturally lit shower room is also on the ground floor. A washing machine is available here for quick laundry in between. A flight of stairs leads up to the two separate bedrooms. Immediately to the left is a small bedroom with sloped ceilings, a double bed (140x200 cm), nightstands, and a wardrobe. Next to it is the large bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), nightstands, a closet, a chest of drawers, and a TV. It’s wonderful to enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the balcony here. Both bedrooms have exterior roller shutters for blocking out the light. There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. You can store any bicycles you bring with you out of sight in the garden.

Would you like to bring your dog along on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay with you for an additional fee.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
