A top-class holiday home: In the newly built “Im Sonnengarten” residential complex in Kellenhusen, this stylish 3-room “WATERKANT” holiday apartment awaits you on the 1st floor, complete with a balcony and sauna. With 77 m² of living space, it offers the perfect getaway for up to 6 people plus a baby.

Feel the Baltic Sea vibe the moment you arrive—the tastefully furnished apartment features a maritime design. At the back of the spacious living/dining room, you’ll find two stylish TV armchairs and a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping area approx. 160x200 cm). Here you can spend cosy hours relaxing. Right next door is the furnished, sunny balcony—how about enjoying some pleasant conversation here over a glass of wine? Back in the living area, the well-equipped kitchen is open and modern. It includes, for example, an espresso machine and a dishwasher. A small counter that separates the living area from the dining area creates a cosy atmosphere. You’re sure to sleep soundly in the two bedrooms. One room has a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). There’s an additional TV in each room. The modern bathroom with a shower, sauna, and washing machine ensures ideal comfort. A convenient bonus is the passenger lift in the building.

For younger guests, a high chair, a travel cot, and a handcart are available.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car (maximum clearance height 2 m; steep entrance; not suitable for vehicles such as a VW bus or similar). For bicycles you bring with you, there is a lockable, covered bike storage area at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
