Welcome! This charming apartment, with the lovely name “Kleine Auszeit,” is located in the well-maintained Haus Sol Mare residential complex. The bright living/sleeping area features a corner sofa bed (140x200 cm) and a dining area. The kitchen is integrated into the living area, and extras such as a microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and filter and capsule coffee machines make self-catering a breeze. You can enjoy your holiday time on the covered balcony, where you’ll be well sheltered. A small separate bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm each), promises restful nights. The shower room has light-colored tile flooring.

You can conveniently park your car in the private outdoor parking space next to the house. Bicycle racks are provided outdoors for your bicycles. For the little ones, 1 travel cot and 1 high chair are available. The swimming pool in the building is available for use free of charge. A sauna, as well as a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated), are available for shared use for a fee.
