Maisonette apartment for 2-5 people, 65 m² in lovingly converted former barn of the estate.

Living room with cozy sitting area, satellite TV, dining area, kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds primarily designed for children and teenagers, bathroom with shower and WC, covered, furnished balcony with wonderful views of the vineyards.

In the heart of the Kaiserstuhl, just 25 km west of Freiburg, we welcome you to our family-run winery in Niederrotweil. The nearest train station is only a 5-minute walk away, making our estate the perfect starting point for excursions, cycling, and hiking tours that begin right at your doorstep. You can enjoy a varied holiday here even without a car.



If you simply want to relax, you'll find your own spot on the sunbathing lawn, by the pool, or under the kiwi or vine arbor, all with wonderful vineyard views. The pool (4 x 8 m) can be used at your own risk.



Shops are about 1 km away.



The spacious holiday apartments with balconies are located in the newer building and in the lovingly converted former barn. The maisonette apartments span two floors, some with a gallery.

Haus, Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros: Haus, Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Da es sich um ein Weingut handelt, wo die Trauben vor Ort verarbeitet werden und wir zur Haupterntezeit dort waren, war es sehr wuselig auf dem Hof.
