Welcome to the holiday home in the salt marshes!

Our home is a single-story, wheelchair-accessible bungalow that offers comfortable living on one level. The nature reserve in the Cäciliengroden salt marshes is located approximately 600 metres from the house. Discover your perfect holiday spot for cosy moments in our lovingly furnished home. Here you can relax and unwind!
Supermarkets, several restaurants, shops, and other places to go out are just a 5-minute drive away in the nearby village of Sande or a 15-minute drive to the nearby city of Wilhelmshaven.
It’s also great to go cycling along the dike towards Wilhelmshaven or the spa town of Dangast—both are just a few minutes away. The house is approximately 100 square metres in size, suitable for 4 people, and features 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a beautiful garden with a terrace that invites you to linger. A grill is available for cosy barbecue evenings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A parking space is located on the property. This is a non-smoking home.

Household: Vacuum cleaner, various cleaning supplies, clothes rack, washing machine, and iron (in the utility room)
Outdoor Amenities: Seating set with table, cushions, umbrella, and grill.
The lawn is maintained once a week by the host.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles vorhanden was man braucht... sehr gepflegter Garten.Einziges Manko die Betten nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Rückenprobleme...Schlafzimmer 1 und 2 ein Metallgestell und nur eine Matratze draufgelegt.

Haben hier 3 Wochen Urlaub zu zweit mit unserem Hund gemacht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Es ist ein schöner großer Garten dabei der größtenteils eingezäunt ist. Die Lage ist gut. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Sande. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wilhelmshaven 15 Minuten. Strand in Hooksiel ca. 25 Minuten. Jever 15 Minuten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vermieter hat im Vorfeld der Reise schnell auf Fragen reagiert.Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Das Haus wurde vor kurzem renoviert und ist energie- und schalltechnisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Es ist als Wohnhaus für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern konzipiert, u.a. mit zweiter Toilette. Da unser Kind nicht mehr mitreist, ist es für uns zwei allein sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Die Küchenausstattung ist neu, vollständig und zweckmäßig. Ablagemöglichkeiten und Schränke in den Zimmern sind reichlich vorhanden. Wünschenswert wäre für Fahrrad affine Touristen eine überdachte Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder - das Anlehnen an die Außenwand unter dem Dachüberstand ist bei manchen Wetterlagen, RegenWind nicht ganz trocken.Die Vermieterin ist herzlich, freundlich und jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
