The north-south facing duplex is very bright. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom and bathroom, accessible via a private architect-designed staircase. The living room has a TV (Chromecast, Netflix), the kitchen is fully equipped (“on your island, just like at home”), and the toilet is separate. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Private parking is right outside. Residents of Ilots de Merville have access to a shared laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and a communal library. The overall atmosphere is that of a family guesthouse. Self check-in is possible via an access code for the entrance and a key box on the landing.
