Welcoming and peaceful villa built in an ancient olive grove a few metres from the Italian border. Very quiet, not overlooked, very beautiful view, sunny and shady terraces. Half an hour from Menton, Nice and Monaco; 15 min from the sea and Vintimille market; 40 min from ski resorts. Meals can be prepared on site: pizzas and soccas baked in the bread oven. Enjoy local produce and wine. Enclosed pool which meets set safety standards, boules pitch. Central heating (gas) + fireplace (wood available, priced per m3). Gas plancha grill for your use. Pets allowed if agreed with owner before hand. Cleaning at the end of your stay is available.

Olive garden

The outdoor covered space is lovely. We enjoyed the patio, pool, grill and olive garden surroundings. The inside needs refurbishments.

Great secluded location

We had a great time in Remo's accommodation. The location of the compound is great, on top of a hill. The swimming pool and the veranda were very nice. The beds however, could have a much better mattress in quite some cases and the beds could be a bit bigger. Also, the wooden cabin in the garden, could have had a warm shower. But the privacy we had, the petanque court, the dishwasher and the already mentioned swimming pool and veranda, made it for us a great place to stay. Thanks.
