Property composed of main house and outbuilding 5 km from the centre of St. Glen, in a quiet position, 10 m from the stream, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. In the house: washing machine. Motor access (160 m via unmade road). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 30 km. Golf course (9 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Moncontour 11 km, Pléneuf Val André 34 km, Erquy 42 km, Cap Fréhel, St Quay Portrieux 52 km, Dinard, St Briac 65 km. Please note: car recommended.
