Unser Urlaub in Göhren war wunderschön. Die Unterkunft hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wie zu Hause. Wäre als Wohnung zum Leben für immer für mich wie gemacht. Völlig ausreichend. Auch, dass ein Büro der Vermietung gleich im Ort ist hat mich sicher fühlen lassen. Konnte man persönlich klären, was unklar war. Find ich immer schöner. Da möchte ich Herrn Hoth hervorheben. Er bringt die Urlauber gleich in diesen Urlaubsmodus, wenn man ankommt. Also alles in allem...sehr gern wieder.

Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter von Rügen-Phönix-Appartements sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im nächsten Jahr werden wir wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Leider ist die Parksituation sehr schwierig. Es gibt nur 2 Aussenparkplätze und die 6 Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind nur für Kleinwagen geeignet.
