At 30 square metres, our holiday rental offers plenty of space for a perfect holiday. In the spacious living/dining area, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge-freezer combo, and induction cooktop. The bedroom features a double bed (dimensions: 140x200 cm) and a bunk bed (dimensions: 90x200 cm each, also suitable for adults weighing up to 100 kg), accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. A walk-in shower, with a toilet, large sink, and mirror with an integrated makeup mirror, rounds out the apartment. Tile flooring is used throughout the living area. Underfloor and wall heating have been installed to create a cosy atmosphere. Controlled ventilation and air conditioning ensure a comfortable indoor climate. Internet access and the dedicated parking space directly at the accommodation are available to you free of charge during your stay. The listed prices include final cleaning, bed linens, as well as hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels. Upon request, we’d be happy to offer you a “Baby/Toddler Package” for a 40 EUR deposit (cot, safety gate, high chair, step stool, potty, toilet seat, and tableware). We offer a modern holiday rental, newly built in 2025, with its own garden, terrace, and parking space. Swimming lakes, bike paths, a playground, and a 3D archery course are all within easy reach. We’re also happy to accommodate construction workers. We warmly invite you to stay with us! Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the total cost is due. The deposit is 20% of the room rate. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Key pickup: door code. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
