Relaxing Family Getaway in Spring

My husband and I stayed with our two children at this wonderful home for 10 days at the end of March! It wasn't long enough! It was a perfect time to visit, everything is in bloom. This was our first trip to the Scottsdale area and we felt that we were in the perfect location to enjoy everything! The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. It is a beautiful and spacious home with a large backyard. The kids and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The house is just as pictured, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nicely equipped so that we cooked many of our meals in the home! There are many restaurants to enjoy in this area, too. We did a lot of grilling outside as well. We visited the Desert Botanical Gardens during Chihuly (glass artist Dale Chihuly has his beautiful artwork on display from Nov - May), hiked at the McDowell Mountain Preserve, visited Sedona and went to the Scottsdale Performing Art Center downtown to see Native Trails. The kids really enjoyed the McCormick Stillman Railroad park which was 1.5 miles away. The rental rate was extremely affordable as it cost the same to stay in a hotel, and we would not have had the space and relaxation that a home provides. Yes we would stay here again in a heartbeat! The owner Chris is was very helpful, and extremely responsive.
