Watt'n Quartier near the beach

Our modern 2-room holiday apartment, which was completely renovated in 2024, is ideal for 2 people—but can also accommodate 3.

The “Watt’n Quartier” is located right next to the “Perlebucht” family lagoon in the spa district of Büsum.

The holiday apartment has a living area of approximately 45 square metres and is located on the ground floor/mezzanine.

It features a bedroom, a living/dining area with a balcony and an awning, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180×200 cm), a large built-in closet, blackout curtains, and a smart TV.

The living/dining area is furnished with a modern sleeper sofa (140×200 cm when extended) and a matching chair, a coffee table, a smart TV, and a dining set with 4 chairs.

The kitchen features modern furnishings and a comprehensive range of basic appliances, including a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a Nespresso capsule machine with a milk frother, and a filter coffee maker. This allows you to easily prepare your own meals even while on holiday.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hotel-style hair dryer.

A high chair and a cot are available free of charge for our youngest guests.

A parking space is located next to the house.

A lockable storage room in the basement is available for bicycles. A women’s bicycle is available for use free of charge.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are also located in the building (basement).

Please understand that we do not allow pets and that our apartment is a smoke-free apartment.

The beach (Grünstrand) and the family lagoon are just a 3-minute walk away.

A well-stocked supermarket and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity.

Towels and bed linens can be rented for an additional fee of 20€ per person.

In addition, a visitor’s tax per person per day must be paid upon key pickup!
