Gemütlich, gepflegt, sauber, keine schlechten Grüche, großzügig aufgeteilt, ruhig.Der Naturgarten ist durch Bäume geschützt und sehr privat. Es gibt unglaublich viele Sitzgelegenheiten, die man strategisch über das Grundstück verteilen kann, um immer Schatten oder Sonne zu haben. 3 halbwegs brauchbare Fahrräder um zum Strand zu fahren sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist die bestausgestatteteste, die wir je hatten. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man könnte sogar einen Kuchen backen. Strand ist 2 km entfernt. Am Landungsplatz rechterhand schöner Sand; an anderen Strandabgängen oft recht kiesig.Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Radtouren.
