This Montauk beach house embodies the essence of a quintessential beach getaway. Situated in a tranquil and serene location between Amagansett and Montauk, this house offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with a short walk to a stunning ocean beach. This house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from a stunning ocean beach. It is also very close to Gurney's Resort & Spa, a popular resort that offers world-class amenities, including a spa, restaurants, exercise classes, and a beach club.

The highlight of this beach house is the spectacular ocean view that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and mahogany deck. Whales, sailboats, and shoals of fish can often be spotted in the water. The large windows let in abundant natural light and provide a panoramic view of the sparkling ocean. The open-plan living/dining room features comfortable sofas, chairs, and a dining table, while the upstairs TV room features a sectional sofa with a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware to prepare delicious meals. Outside on the mahogany deck, there is a propane-powered barbeque.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds, and one with two twin beds. The master has an adjoining room that can be used as a den/office or space for small children to sleep. All are situated on the lower level.

The outdoor space features a spacious deck that overlooks the ocean and provides the perfect setting for grilling and enjoying morning coffee. The deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, and a queen-sized day bed.

Wonderful time- thank you

We had a great time staying here. The house is about 1-2 miles (50 minute walk) before Montauk town along Old Montauk Highway (between Amagansett and Montauk). The area is very quiet and the beach is much less crowded than the town beach. The house was clean and very light. There was no A/C but there was a cool wind from the top deck double doors. The bedrooms were all downstairs and they stayed very cool. We walked down to Gurneys for a yoga class and their family friendly beach party on Tuesday night. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Fabulous Beach House

What a wonderful house in an idyllic setting. The views from the house are amazing. The house itself is extremely well cared for and there was ample space for all the family. Conveniently situated with the beach only a short walk away - gurneys is only minutes away! Great holiday and definitely hope to be back!
