This holiday home, newly built in 2012 on historic foundations, spans approximately 170 m² and offers a spacious living room with a cozy seating area, a wood-burning stove, SAT-TV, and a modern oval dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, accommodating up to seven guests. Two smaller bedrooms are provided, one with two single beds and the other with one bed, while a larger bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and WC. An open loft area with a reading chair, desk, and a futon bed for additional guests offers stunning views of the surrounding forest. The house is heated by underfloor heating in shared spaces and electric radiators. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is available for guests. Please note that the property is smoke-free and a refundable deposit is required.
