The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher, providing ample opportunity for delightful meals. The cozy living room is furnished with a TV that offers German programs, a radio, a CD player, and an open fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower and toilet is available. Wi-Fi access is complimentary. Guests may enjoy a shared outdoor space with garden furniture and a grill. A carport ensures convenient parking on-site. Notably, the property is situated in the scenic Bjäre Peninsula near Båstad, renowned for its culture and close proximity to nature.
