Eine ruhige, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer kleinen, aber recht schönen Sauna, die unkompliziert genutzt werden kann. Die Residenz liegt abseits des Touristentrubels und war für uns ein prima Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Radtouren. Wer der Verpflegung wegen nicht unterwegs sein möchte, sollte sich alles mitbringen, denn die nächsten Supermärkte befinden sich erst in ca. 15 km Entfernung.

Die ganze Ferienwohnung - Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert, so dass man sich schnell zurecht findet. Auch die Wohnung war sehr schön geschnitten mit einem großen Balkon einschließlich Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen. Die Residenz liegt direkt am Balmer See, so dass man direkt von der Unterbringung über einen Steg in den See steigen kann, wirklich genial . Und das Wetter hat bei uns auch mit gespielt . Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche kleine Wohnung sauber und gute Ausstattung. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Wir haben ihn auch genossen vor allen Dingen in den Balmer See zum Schwimmen nach dem Saunagang mit anschließenden Sprung in den See.
