Spanning approximately 105 m², it features five well-appointed rooms, including a cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed, providing ample relaxation space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a freezer located in the laundry room, which also houses a washing machine.

Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms with twin beds and a small sleeping chamber with a single bed, though it has limited headroom. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower. Guests also enjoy access to a sauna for relaxation. Fast fiber Wi-Fi is available upon request.
