Welcome to our modern, high-end 70 m² holiday apartment in a stunning location overlooking the Danube. Look forward to a bright, open-concept layout featuring a new bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living room. Relax in the fitness room with an infrared sauna. A terrace, Wi-Fi, a charging station for electric cars, and electric outdoor blinds round out the amenities. Our holiday apartment is located in the quiet Grubweg area of Passau, idyllically situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. Shopping and public transport are just a few minutes’ walk away. Right outside the door, bike paths and hiking trails invite you to enjoy active recreation. Passau’s historic old town, the Raßbach Golf Club, and a natural outdoor swimming pool are just 5 km away. Bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are, of course, provided. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of your stay. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed.

- Die Aussicht ist super - Frühstück mit Blick auf die Donau- Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern- Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, geben Tipps und man kann mal schön mit ihnen plaudern, vielen Dank nochmal.
