Apartment 'Feel Good and More' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Life is colorful—and so is our freshly renovated apartment (60 m², 1st floor)! Let yourselves be inspired—here you can dream, relax, and simply enjoy your time. Snuggle up in the large box-spring bed (180 cm) or get cozy on the sofa. The well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your favorite meals, which you can then enjoy on the balcony overlooking the garden—ideally with a glass of wine while planning your next day.



The colorful walls create a cheerful atmosphere and extra coziness—we’re sure you’ll feel right at home!



Bringing bikes? No problem. There’s a spot in the garage with charging facilities.



Need to work? Just let us know, and we’ll set up a workspace for you. The armchair would need to be moved, but the large dining table by the window is also perfect for working. You decide what suits you best!



Everything you need is within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, and a traditional restaurant with a beer garden—all right in town.



Our location? On the edge of the Murg Valley, with the Black Forest practically on your doorstep. In 5 minutes you’re on the A5, giving you easy access to cities like Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe, Freiburg, Heidelberg, or Freudenstadt.



There’s plenty to discover nearby: Iffezheim racecourse and barrage, Rastatt Residential Palace, Schloss Favorite, and the famous Baden-Baden casino.
