A small house nestled in the heart of a hamlet, ideal for a peaceful stay, with access to a private, non-adjacent garden offering a view of the mountains. The river is just below. Located at the foot of the Vercors, in the heart of the Quint valley, at an altitude of 500 metres. Hiking, rivers, relaxation, nature, and cycling are within easy reach, and all amenities are 13 km away (town of Die).
The house has one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a small room partially separated by a soundproof curtain, equipped with a 140 cm bed. A staircase leads to the living area, and another gives access to the bedrooms and the bathroom. Two toilets are available.
There is no Wi-Fi or 4G connection in the house, only 3G in the garden, but an Ethernet cable can be used to connect a smartphone or computer. One parking space is available on the property. Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.
