The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for families or couples—even a medium-sized dog is welcome. High comfort and a cosy, relaxing atmosphere invite you to unwind completely. Just a two-minute bike ride and you’re already at the North Sea!

Exclusive living awaits you in a spacious 60 m² apartment: Windows that let in plenty of natural light and an optimal floor plan with an open living area and two separate bedrooms create a spacious feel. The high-quality furnishings create a modern ambiance with a very tasteful colour scheme, and the underfloor heating ensures cosy comfort on cooler days.

Here, as the name “Grüne Ecke” (Green Corner) promises, you’ll start your day with a beautiful view of the garden. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast on the 8 m² terrace; comfortable patio furniture invites you to linger and relax. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy meals outdoors and unwind in the sunshine and North Sea air.

After a bike ride or a day at the beach, the comfortable seating area in the living room is perfect for watching films, spending cosy time together, and chatting. You’ll have access to fast, free Wi-Fi for browsing on your smartphone.

Even cooking becomes a pleasure on holiday! In the open, modern kitchen with built-in appliances, including a microwave and oven, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals or snacks. For dessert, coffee lovers can choose between a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes for you.

Two separate bedrooms offer you pleasant retreats and promise restful nights. One room features a large, comfortable double bed (200 cm x 200 cm), from which you can comfortably watch TV. The second room is furnished with two single beds (each 100 cm x 200 cm). There’s plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe in the spacious closets.

The elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer adds to the comfort of the holiday rental.

For our younger guests, a high chair and a cot are standard amenities.

Our “Grüne Ecke” holiday rental is the perfect place for couples, friends, or families who want to spend a relaxing time by the North Sea. You’re welcome to bring your pet—dogs are heartily welcome (dog fee: €8/day).

The quiet location promises pure relaxation. At the same time, the beach and shopping street are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. This is a non-smoking property. You can store your valuables in a safe. There is a parking space for bicycles.

The new building “Haus Damenpfad 4” is located in a very beautiful and central setting. It’s just a 5-minute walk (or a 2-minute bike ride) to the boardwalk and the white sandy beach. The town centre is also right nearby, just a few minutes’ walk away, so you can easily reach shops, restaurants, and cafés.
