Welcome to the "Seestern 13" holiday rental, newly renovated in the spring of 2026, on the picturesque North Sea island of Norderney.
In the heart of the island, just a few steps from the beach, the “Seesterne” building awaits you with its modern, comfortable apartments. Apartment 13, easily accessible by lift, is located on the 3rd floor and is bathed in sunlight first thing in the morning. Here you can enjoy the warm rays and let your gaze wander over the island.

The well-equipped apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A special highlight are the apartment’s two balconies. Whether you’re having breakfast in the morning sun or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening—here you can fully savour the fresh sea air and the view.
Additional comfort is provided by a bright bathroom with an electric skylight, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a projector for watching TV on a large wall surface, as well as a cosy living area with a high-quality Bruno sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm, box-spring comfort).
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balconies. Pets are not allowed.
