With an updated, modern kitchen spilling into a spacious dining and living area featuring a fully-equipped media center with 55 inch SMART TV, this stylish condo has no shortage of amenities making it an ideal place to gather the guys for a golf weekend or the extended family for a mini retreat.

Situated on the fifth floor, there are expansive Gulf views from each and every bedroom. In fact, from the master bedroom — you have access to one of two balconies— or you can gaze at the gorgeous view as long as you care as you relax in your king-size bed! The guest bedroom boasts extra sleeping space over most other two bedroom condos with a queen and twin bed. This guest bedroom has a connected bath making it private for the whole family. This condo has a unique floor plan which allows for a twin sleeper sofa in an alcove near the kitchen and foyer in addition to the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. So, this condo will accommodate 8 people comfortably.

You are so close to the beach you can monitor the flags for surf conditions right from your balcony. And when you are ready to hit the beach, with a full stock of complimentary beach toys awaiting you, the only thing you’ll need to pack is your beach towel and sunscreen. Head down to the parking garage and hop in your private golf cart to head to the beach, dinner, or shopping! Now that's vacation living!
