VACATION HOME FOR EXCLUSIVE USE IN GNAS
The Jagafranzl holiday home was built in 1981 and, following a renovation, is once again ready to welcome guests. The head gamekeeper of Poppendorf Castle once lived here, and it was he who gave this place its name. In the 1980s, the Trummer family built the holiday home on this site and used it for its intended purpose for many years. Then the little country cottage fell into a deep slumber, from which it has now been reawakened. The quaint country house is located in the village of Ebersdorf in the market town of Gnas in southeastern Styria. The holiday home is secluded, measures about 60 square metres, and can accommodate up to five adults.
For cold winter days, in addition to electric heating, there is also a tiled stove that perfectly complements the cosy atmosphere. On hot summer days, you can enjoy a sun terrace located directly in front of the house, as well as a small lawn. From there, you have an ideal view of the rolling landscape of southeastern Styria and the neighbouring vineyard. Sheep also graze on the hillside and are always happy to see visitors.



Holiday home for exclusive use | up to 5 people:

The 60-square-meter country house consists of a living room with a dining table, a sofa (pull-out), a bookshelf, a tiled stove, and a small coat rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Tea towels are provided. The adjacent bathroom and bathroom are brand new and also include a washing machine. A hair dryer, shower towels, and hand towels are also provided.

There are a total of three bedrooms available:

• Master bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm)
• Second bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm)
• Third bedroom with a (90 x 200 cm)
• Additionally: Pull-out sofa bed in the living-dining room (120 x 200 cm)



On-site costs: Included in the price: • Parking spot under a shady walnut tree • Free Wi-Fi • Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person/night) Optional extras: • A stocked refrigerator with regional specialities for your arrival day (cheese, ham, butter, honey, and more) or a breakfast service from Obstbau Haas (price upon request!) • Pets are welcome—please let us know in advance! We charge a one-time fee of 20 euros to cover the additional cleaning costs.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
