Apartment on the first floor: Living room with leather sofa, cocktail chair, TV, radio, dining area, and open fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, and extractor hood. Bedroom 1: Double bed (2x100x200). Bedroom 2: Two single beds (2x90x200). Bathroom with shower and WC. General information: Sockets with child protection; high chair and travel cot can be provided free of charge. Additional information: Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked in advance for an extra fee per person and stay.

Sauna, washing machine, and dryer are centrally available and can be used for a fee. The guest contribution must be paid per person aged 16 and over per night. If you have a disability degree of 100%, you and one accompanying person with appropriate proof are exempt from the guest contribution. Please inform us as landlords in advance. Cash payment on site is possible; unfortunately, card payment is not. Our family-friendly holiday apartment complex is located in spa zone 1 of our North Sea health resort, in a quiet 30 km/h zone. The outdoor area offers a spacious garden of about 350 m², a sunbathing lawn, garden furniture, and a covered barbecue area. For children, there is a sandbox, a swing with climbing frame, and plenty of space to play. Each apartment has one free parking space and a lockable bicycle storage area. The green beach is 400 m, the sandy beach 800 to 1,000 m away.
