Historical 2-family house, renovated in 2025. In the centre of Garlenda 10 km from the centre of Alassio, 5 km from the centre of Villanova, 12 km from the centre of Albenga, 10 km from the sea. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road.
