Vacation apartment (70sqm) on the first floor

Our spacious holiday apartment, with 70 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible via a level entrance from the courtyard—perfect for guests with limited mobility. The apartment features a separate bedroom as well as a cosy sleeping alcove, which is also accessible without steps. Upon request, an extra bed for a fifth person and a cot can be provided—ideal for families or small groups. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need: a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave are all at your disposal—so you can feel right at home even while on holiday. Enjoy relaxing days in a friendly atmosphere and comfortable surroundings—we look forward to your visit! Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. An extra bed or cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed (for a fee of 10 EUR per night per dog). Keys will be handed over in person on site. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.
