Cozy vacation home in a quiet natural location with panoramic views!

Our quiet holiday home is located in the "Patersdorfer Berge" panoramic region at an elevation of 670 metres on the edge of a small settlement, overlooking meadows and forests.

From the balcony and through the large panoramic window in the living area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Bavarian Forest’s natural scenery.

Numerous hiking trails, two restaurants, and unspoiled nature await you in the immediate vicinity.

Thanks to our central location in the Central Bavarian Forest, you can easily and quickly reach many other recreational activities, our free wellness and fitness offerings (see below), attractions, and cities worth visiting.

Due to the high elevation of the holiday home and our access road, you should bring winter gear when travelling here during the winter months (if it snows).

But our holiday home itself—which you’ll have all to yourself—also has plenty to offer:

Here you’ll find rest, relaxation, and peace.

You enter the house at ground level through a large entryway (featuring a bench and a storage closet, among other things).

From there, you can either go to the cosy sunroom (with a pull-out double bed, a small sitting area, and direct access to the sun terrace) or

to our large living and dining room with an extendable dining table, a sofa arrangement, panoramic windows, a Magenta TV, and a cosy tiled stove.

A spacious hallway leads you to

a very well-equipped kitchen (including a kettle, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine, drip coffee maker, oven, stove with ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, plenty of cutlery, dishes, and glasses, pots, pans, tea towels, basic selection of spices, tea, oil, vinegar.....).

From the hallway, you can also access our rustic bedroom with a double bed and a double loft bed (1.40 m) as well as

the bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

From the adjoining, furnished, and covered balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of part of the Bavarian Forest.

Free wellness and fitness facilities:

During their stay with us, our guests can use the facilities at “Muskelkater,” a fitness and health studio, free of charge during business hours. It is located about 9 km away and offers a fantastic sauna area (Finnish sauna, steam room, infrared sauna, saltwater aroma grotto, Vitarium, sensory showers, ice fountain...), a large equipment room, a variety of fitness and health classes, and two squash courts.
