Wir sind Stammgäste und reisen mehrfach im Jahr an. In der Wohneinheit in der wir dieses Mal gewohnt haben, ist die Dusche abgeduscht! Schimmel an der Wand und in den Ecken. Hier sollte dringend etwas gemacht werden. Ebenso hinter dem Waschbecken. Ansonsten alles gut. Sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Verwalter!

Die Wohnung war modern, sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei der Nutzung des Bads musste man mit den Türen vom Bad/WC zum Wohnbereich etwas rangieren, da wirklich jeder Zentimeter in der Wohnungsgestaltung ausgenutzt wurde. Es gab sowohl im Wohnbereich als auch im Schlafzimmer ein TV und vom Balkon konnte man sogar das Meer sehen. Das kleine Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer war durch ein Seil zu öffnen. Schön wäre es aber gewesen, wenn das Fenster mehr Licht herein gelassen hätte, so dass es im Schlafzimmer nicht den ganzen Tag über dunkel wäre. Wir waren ein Wochenende zu zweit dort und hätten die Unterkunft auch für eine ganze Woche oder länger gebucht. Für mehr als zwei Personen wäre uns die Wohnung allerdings zu eng gewesen.

Was mit diese Frage gemeint ist, verstehe ich leider nicht. Nervig fand ich, dass andere Gäste teilweise meinten, mit ihren Autos quasi „in“ ihr Apartment fahren zu müssen, um zu be- und entladen. Auch das gebrauchte Babywindeln vor der Tür abgelegt und stundenlang liegengelassen wurden, empfand ich als sehr störend. Unsortiert: Die Betreuung und Hilfestellung durch Heike empfand ich als sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam – vielen Dank dafür! Geärgert hat mich, dass ich in keiner einzigen E-Mail im Vorfeld auf die große Baustelle hingewiesen worden bin. Meines Erachtens wäre das ihre Pflicht als Gastgeber gewesen. Andere Häuser haben das gemacht, bzw. machen es noch. Mehr Handtücher wären schön gewesen, ich hätte aber auch danach fragen können. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Auch der Balkon hätte eine Reinigung vertragen können. Hinweis zur Nasszelle: hier zeigt sich langsam Schimmel in der Dusche und in den Ecken. Ich vermute, dass die Gäste den Lüfter nicht lange genug laufen lassen. Hier würde ein Schild helfen, nach dem Motto: „bitte beim duschen die Tür geöffnet halten und den Lüfter nach dem Duschvorgang länger laufen lassen…“ oder so ähnlich… danke und beste Grüße!
