About this property

Villa Victoria - Stylish Swedish house with modern premium furnishings

This beautiful Swedish house, built in 1902, is a home steeped in history—the former parsonage of Mariannelund. In December 2024, it was completely renovated with great attention to detail, furnished to a high standard, and stylishly decorated. Behind the historic facade lies modern technology: fiber-optic internet, geothermal heating, a smart TV, and much more. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Despite its central location, Villa Victoria is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the edge of the forest. The beautiful swimming spot and a great supermarket are just a few minutes’ walk away. All the attractions related to Astrid Lindgren are also nearby: Katthulthof 9 km, film studios 2 km, swimming spot 600 m.

The spacious garden with old fruit trees invites you to relax—as does the gorgeous veranda with lounge furniture and a gas grill. Upstairs, a balcony with a view of the forest awaits you—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning.

Come and experience this special house for yourself.
