You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. Air conditioning is not available.



Outside, you enjoy a 1,100 m² landscaped garden with a secure pool, terraces, balcony, barbecue, garage, and storage space. The house is very bright thanks to its southwest double exposure and is designed for comfortable indoor and outdoor living. You also benefit from access to a shared fenced pool.
