Located in a quiet condominium, on a raised ground floor (one floor to climb), you'll appreciate all the comforts at your disposal, as well as the balcony with unobstructed ocean views and the parking space. Ideal for relaxing or telecommuting (wifi).



An entrance hall with storage space (washing machine), a bright living room (sofa bed 160) opening onto a large, unoverlooked balcony facing the sea, where you can enjoy lunch or relax on the deckchairs, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plenty of crockery, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a semi-open-plan sleeping area with double bed 140, and a shower room (1 basin, 1 shower, wc, hairdryer).



LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED (on site, a bath mat and kitchen towels, comforters, undersheets and pillows for each bed).
