Das Zimmer 2 ist zur alleinigen Nützung.



Große Essküche: Ideal für gemeinsames Kochen und Beisammensein.



In der Wohnküche befindet sich ein 55 Zoll TV für einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend.

Gesamt gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung, bei Bedarf kannst du natürlich auch die beiden anderen Zimmer mitbuchen.



Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Cineplexx Leoben entfernt. In direkter Umgebung finden Sie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Freizeitangebote – alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.



Im Allgemeingarten können Sie in Ruhe mit ihren Kindern spielen oder frische Luft schnappen.



In der Wohnung sind alle Bereiche nutzbar, bis auf die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer.

Bis 22 Uhr bin ich jederzeit erreichbar… solltet ihr mich gerade nicht erreichen, müsst ihr nicht lange auf einen Rückruf warten! 😊



Rauchen ist in der Wohnung leider verboten.

Aber im Garten wird ein kleines Tischchen mit Stühlen und Aschenbecher stehen.
