The apartment building is situated right on the promenade behind the dune, and beach access is right in front of the building. Your holiday here will be accompanied by the sea air and the sound of the waves. A short walk along the promenade or the beach will take you to the pier and the centre of Heringsdorf or Bansin. The apartments are individually decorated and comfortably furnished.

This holiday apartment, measuring just under 60 square metres and accommodating 2–4 people, is located in a newly built apartment building, right on the promenade between the seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Bansin. The building’s private beach access leads from the enclosed property directly onto the promenade to a somewhat quieter section of the beach. Both the large, furnished balcony and the living room and bedroom face the lake and offer a partially obstructed view of the Baltic Sea through the pine trees.

The spacious living room with a wide window front is equipped with a cosy sofa area, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, hob, and oven, is open to the living area; a separate dining area seats 4 people for shared meals. The spacious, bright bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m) and ample closet space. The sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m) in the living room provides sleeping accommodation for an additional 1–2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In the basement, you’ll find a bike storage area, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
