The villa is a listed historic building and, like the neighbouring houses, is built in the elaborate seaside resort style. The pier and the town centre are just a few minutes away. The building features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with top-quality amenities, some with views of the Baltic Sea. Laminate flooring or even solid wood planks are standard. Lovingly furnished living and sleeping areas will enhance your stay on the Baltic Sea.

This 105-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor. From this height, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Here, 2–4 people can spend their holiday right by the sea. In the spacious living room, which faces the Baltic Sea, you’ll find a cosy upholstered seating area with a large flat-screen TV. In addition, the living area features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, etc., as well as a large dining area that offers plenty of space for shared meals. Adjacent to the dining area is a small balcony facing the sea with a view of the Bansin pier. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200). A large wardrobe is located in the hallway outside the bedrooms. From here, you can also step out onto the south-facing balcony overlooking the Buchenpark, which promises plenty of sunshine. A large bathroom with a window features a bathtub, shower, and sink/toilet.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. The parking space is located on the property directly next to the house.
