Elegant porcelain tile on the walls and floors completes the bathrooms.
The living areas are mostly fitted with porcelain tile, while the bedrooms feature laminate flooring. All apartments feature one or more balconies or terraces. Parking spaces are located on the property, and bicycle storage, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers, are available in the basement of the new Elbflorenz villa. In addition, a private sauna (also in the basement of the new building), featuring a waterfall shower and a cosy relaxation room with background music of your choice, invites you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and oven, is also open to the living room. The south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses; the smaller one has two single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, and a wardrobe. The double sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping. The bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. The separate toilet includes a sink. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. In the basement, you’ll find a bicycle storage room, a coin-operated washing machine, and a coin-operated dryer.
