Located in the center of Bagnères-de-Luchon, a lively town, this apartment is perfectly situated near shops and entertainment, just 150 m from the Thermal Baths and the spa center. It’s the perfect place to enjoy mountain activities and offers a stunning view of the 3,000 m peaks of the Pyrenees, especially Vénasque. Whether you’re here for the spa, sightseeing, or outdoor sports, this accommodation will meet your needs. You’ll also be 200 m from the fitness trail along the Pique river and the casino park, 1 km from Badech Lake and the Luchon golf course. The cable cars take you to Superbagneres, a ski resort in winter and a paragliding base in summer, 2 km from the Saint-Mamet climbing site, 35 min from the Val d'Aran animal park, 3 km from the riding center, 5 km from the Antignac base (fishing, canoeing, rafting, and paintball), 20 min by car from the hiking trails of Lake Oô/Pic du Perdiguère and Lake Géry at Saint-Béat-Lez, as well as 35 km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France’s most beautiful villages, and Montréjeau (lake, train to Luchon).



The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It features an entrance leading to the living area, a kitchenette, a lounge area with a sofa bed (140 cm for 2 people), a sleeping area separated by a curtain (1 double bed 140 cm), and a bathroom with WC. Bed linen is available for an extra fee.



Large closet, fully equipped, high chair and baby cot available. A table and 2 chairs let you relax on the south-facing balcony. Fiber internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Free street parking.

L'annonce est trompeuse, écrit en gros 2 chambres (4 personnes) en réalité une seule pièce avec un coin chambre séparé par un rideau et le canapé lit à côté de la table. 45m² annoncés mais sur place on est plus proches des 30m². Enfin, sur 2 chauffages 1 ne fonctionnait pas, à nous (après échange avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie) de lire la notice et essayer de le faire fonctionner (en vain). Donc 14 le premier soir, 16 le second en poussant l'autre chauffage à fond.
