We require a rental agreement to be signed before you are given access to the home. We will meet you at the property upon arrival to welcome you and sign the agreement. This property is a special place to our family.

Private, secluded home perfect for nature lovers--wildlife abounds on the property. This is a peaceful retreat, while still having close proximity to golf, the beaches, restaurants, and activities on the Outer Banks. Only a 10 minute drive to Kitty Hawk.

The backyard has a patio, hot tub, fire pit and large yard. Bald Eagles, Osprey and Great Blue Herons are seen often. Acres of open areas to enjoy. The yard surrounding the home is private just for you during your stay. The barn adjacent to the house is not part of the rental. You may encounter us accessing the barn and maintaining the blueberry bushes or other garden areas in season.

If you plan to bring your boat on vacation, there is public boat ramp just 1 mile away.

The home has a large master suite with king size bed, walk-in shower, soaking tub, bidet and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is full bath with tub in the hallway and an additional half bath in the entryway. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a futon. The kitchen is well equipped with commercial appliances and furnished with cooking necessities. There is a back patio and a screened-in porch to enjoy all the natural beauty of this area. Or relax in the hot tub.

There is a security camera over the garage that faces our private barn.
