Saubere Zimmer, Haustierfreundlich, Familienfreundlich2 Schlüssel war bis zur Abreise nicht verfügbar und die Kommunikation darüber ist verbesserungwürdig.1 dritter Reserveschlüssel wäre empfelendswert, falls der Schlüssel vom Vormieter versehentlich mitgenommen wird, wie in unserem Fall.
