The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, which is furnished with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. From here, you can step out onto the sunny loggia (balcony), where you can enjoy your meals in the sunshine. The southwest-facing loggia is furnished with patio furniture, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh sea air.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious meals. The dining table seats four people, so you can enjoy your meals in comfort.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for your personal belongings. From the bedroom window, you have a direct view of the sea. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, which is ideal for children.

The beautiful “Seepark Scharbeutz” apartment complex is located right on the beach. Bäderstraße separates the apartment complex from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade. A pedestrian bridge provides safe access to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Dünenmeile, which features numerous restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. Each apartment comes with its own private parking space.
