Discover this charming holiday home in Carcans Maubuisson, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Semi-detached on both sides, it accommodates up to 4 people and offers 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and separate toilets.
For your comfort, the house features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby bed and a high chair are also available for families.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing in the sun.
The location is ideal: the lake is only 200 metres away, the town centre is 800 metres, and a supermarket is 700 metres away for your daily needs. The beach and the sea can be reached by car in 4 km. A private parking space is available on the property.
For everyone's comfort, pets and smoking are not allowed.
The convenient check-in system allows for an easy and independent arrival.
Important: Disposable bed linen is provided; however, towels are not included and must be brought by you.
A refundable cleaning deposit will be requested before your arrival. This deposit will be returned within 3 days after the departure inventory.
