Ground floor: Living room 40 sqm and with TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer) and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Punat. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road. Parking is available on the property.
