Moderne, zentrumsnahe Wohnung

Neue, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung zentrumsnah - Stadtzentrum und Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnzimmer etwas klein, wenn der Esstisch von der Terrasse ins Wohnzimmer verlegt werde muss, weil es draussen zu warm oder zu kalt ist. Aber für 2 Personen OK. Einziger Negativ- Punkt ist die Garagen-Box in der Tiefgarage. Sie liegt unmittelbar links vom Eingangstor zur Tiefgarage. Die Einfahrt ist also extrem mühsam - einmal gemacht, nachher auf Straße parkiert.
